I operate an e-shop on the website www.monagalerie.com

I process some personal data in order to provide my services and sell goods and operate our website.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

I. Processing of personal data
A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about my paintings and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: Name, surname. email. telephone

For what reason?
I will contact you through them for further agreement regarding the sale of paintings and services.

On the basis of what legal grounds?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - negotiation of a contract, or taking measures before concluding a contract at your request.

How long will I process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, I will process your data for a maximum of 1 year from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you make a purchase from me, we will work with the data that you fill in for me. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address.

For what reason?
I need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver images or services to you. I will also communicate with you via the contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.

I will further process personal data to fulfill my obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – performance of our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service and then 1 year from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you did not prohibit this when purchasing, I will use your e-mail address to send you my news.

On what legal basis?
This is permitted by the provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not prohibit this when purchasing.

How long will we process personal data?
1 year from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via e-mail or contact us at: info@insitapraha.cz

II. Who gets access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons work for us and access the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. They are:

the operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (the company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)

companies involved in the dispatch of goods (Czech Post)

companies involved in the dispatch of payments (bank)

We process personal data only within the European Union.

III. What else should you know
We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.

Our company does not make decisions based on automatic processing or profiling.
