How to buy

Welcome to MONA Gallery. To make your purchase of a new work of art as pleasant as possible, we have prepared a simple procedure for shopping with us:

 

1. Selection and payment
In our online gallery, select the work that appeals to you and complete the order by sending it.

We will then confirm your order by e-mail, in which you will find payment details and an invoice for payment.

As soon as the payment is credited to our account, we will begin preparing your shipment for shipment.

 

2. Reservation, personal inspection of paintings, installments
A free reservation is 24 hours.

During that time, it is necessary to arrange either a personal visit or pay a deposit of 1,000 CZK - 5,000 CZK depending on the price of the painting.

A reservation with a deposit is valid for 1 month, unless we agree otherwise.

The deposit is non-refundable if the work is not picked up.

The painting can also be purchased in 3 installments over a period of 6 months. After paying the total amount, the painting is handed over to you.

 

3. Shipping and packaging
We place great emphasis on ensuring that the paintings arrive in perfect condition.

We send packages via Czech Post (and their foreign partners)

Czech Republic: Single postage and packaging is 400 CZK.

Postage to the EU is set at 35 EUR.

We do not ship on delivery.

 

4. Personal collection
If you prefer personal contact, we offer the option of collection in Prague.

When: Every Wednesday (always by prior arrangement).

Where: We will be happy to confirm the exact address and time with you by phone or e-mail.
